Model 112, Simplex – Description

Single-phase, simplex motor contactor and control panel. The Model 112 control panel provides a reliable means of controlling one 120, 208, or 240 VAC single-phase pump in tanks, pump basins, irrigation systems and lifting stations.

Function

Two float switches activate a magnetic motor contactor to turn the pump on and off.
If an alarm condition occurs, an additional alarm float switch will activate the audio/visual alarm system.

The Installer Friendly Series®, single-phase, duplex is a demand dose or timed dose, float controlled system. The IFS duplex control panel is designed to control two (alternating) 120, 208, 240 VAC single-phase pumps in water and sewage installations.
Common applications include tanks, pump basins, irrigation systems and lifting stations.
The IFS control panel has an easy-to-use touch pad with display on the inner door for programming and system monitoring.
The panel configuration can be easily converted in the field to either a timed dose or demand dose control system.

The Grundfos CR vertical, multistage, centrifugal in-line pump family works for water supply, water treatment and almost any industrial solution – including those for high-pressure, hot, dangerous, flammable and aggressive liquids.
The CR is available in millions of different configurations through four modules:

We offer a “mix and match” modular approach, so you can configure a pump that meets your exact needs. We test, qualify and document all modules, just like we do for any standard Grundfos pump.
The basic CR pump range is available in four different materials: cast iron, two grades of stainless steel and titanium. Thirteen flow sizes are capable of producing up to 180 m3/h at 50 bar, with a variety of shaft seals, rubber materials and supply voltages.
We optimise pump parts that are typically vulnerable to difficult liquids or demanding operating conditions.
We also offer highly efficient “E” version pumps with a built-in frequency converter or pumps with an external frequency converter (CUE). These combine the very best of pump technology with highly efficient motors and variable speed drives. You will never use more energy than you need.

The Grundfos HS horizontal split case pump is a single-stage, non-self-priming, between bearing, centrifugal volute pump. The axially split design allows easy removal of the top casing and access to the pump components (bearings, wear rings, impeller, and shaft seal) without disturbing the motor or pipework.

The independent bearing housing allows for ease of maintenance without removing the top casing. The double volute design reduces the radial load on the shaft, extending component life, minimizing vibration and providing quiet operation.

The HS pump also offers high pump efficiencies throughout the range.  High energy efficiency along with long pump life and easy maintenance add up to low life-cycle costs.

The HS pump is available in three configurations – pump with motor and baseframe, pump with baseframe, and bare shaft pump only.

The HS pump is ideal for custom applications and is available in a wide range of variants. The high efficiency and low life cycle costs make the HS ideal for any commercial building, water utility or industrial project.

The vertical, multistage CMV pump has been developed with compactness and modularity as two of its central features, enabling numerous customised solutions. The pump basically consists of a series of interchangeable modules, all of which have been designed to work together seamlessly, no matter the application.
The pumps are of the close-coupled type, with a mechanical shaft seal.
The CMV pumps are available with cast-iron base and discharge part whereas the remaining wetted parts are made of stainless steel (AISI 304/DIN 1.4301).

UPS pumps constitute a complete range of 3-speed circulator pumps, available both in 50 and 60 Hz.
The pumps can be used in both open and closed systems. UPS pumps are of the canned-rotor type, i.e. pump and motor form an integral unit without a shaft seal and with only two gaskets for sealing. The bearings are lubricated by the pumped liquid.

Grundfos TP and TPE vertical in-line pumps are used in a variety of applications. The pumps are all single-stage, in-line centrifugal pumps with standard motors and mechanical shaft seals. The pumps are of the close-coupled type, i.e. pump and motor are separate units. Consequently, the pumps are less sensitive to impurities in the pumped liquid than similar pumps of the canned rotor type.

TP pump

This pump model is notable for its high levels of reliability and efficiency.  Quiet, highly-efficient IE3 motors are standard components. All TP pumps are electro-coated to ensure high corrosion resistance.

TPE pump

The main difference between TP and TPE pumps is the motor. TPE motors have a built-in frequency converter, allowing different control methods to be employed. TPE pumps offer benefits with respect to energy savings and increased comfort.

The basic CR pump range, which can be applied in almost any industrial solution, is already in itself the broadest range available. Through our modular approach, we have made it even broader.
